Our socks are made in Turkey by experts who are stakeholders in our business and are recognised for their high standards in relation to quality, ethical, social and environmental policies. Our production and quality is closely monitored and developed and we make regular visits to our factory. All of our designs and packaging are lovingly developed here in the UK, in the heart of Leicestershire.

We personally oversee the quality checks on the manufacture of our socks and all products have an additional 100& quality check on their arrival at Hoegr. Tests during production and before shipping are performed to ensure the quality of every single product.

If you find a problem with your socks, please email us a photo of the faulty product and let us know the issues you have found. We will then review your claim with our quality team and come back to you within 21 days.

Due to our socks/ gifting options already being individually wrapped in our branded tissue and/or presented in their packaging (where relevant) we do not currently offer additional gift wrapping. Don't worry, we promise they will look good enough to present to a loved one!
