We currently only make UK deliveries.
Shipping on orders over £20 within the UK are free.
Mainland UK:
Tracked Next Day (order before 2pm any business day): £5.95
Standard delivery (2-4 days): £3.95
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are processed, packed and posted for delivery by our team within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracked Next Day: with Royal Mail tracked 24 hour service, we aim to deliver your parcel the next working day
Standard delivery: Royal Mail 48 hour service, 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays)
We are UK based so all our deliveries will be sent from our UK warehouse.
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Some exclusions may apply. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
If you have purchased Hoegr branded product from another website or retail outlet, the products must be returned to the original source of purchase. We will not refund the original delivery costs for returned products. We cannot cover return shipping costs or take responsibility for items lost on their way back to us. For more details please read our terms & conditions.
Please follow these steps to ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently:
Fill in the return form provided with your original delivery, including instructions on how we should process your return (i.e. refund, exchange to another size/style etc.)
Once your parcel is all packed up and sealed, send it to this address below or just use the handy little address label from the form above.

Sit back, relax and wait for us to get in touch. We will process your return within 21 business days and you will then receive an email saying you can expect your refund within 1-3 bank days.
Refund/exchanges will be processed within 7 working days from receipt of the return.

If your order hasn’t arrived in line with our advised timescale, please contact us at info@hoegr.co.uk, and include your order number on any correspondence so that we can help you further.
If you find a problem with your socks, please email us a photo of the faulty product and let us know the issues you have found. We will then review your claim with our quality team and come back to you within 21 days.
